About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Sibakhulu Creations website and when you buy our products. Sibakhulu Creations is a proudly South African haircare business. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Who buys from us
We serve two kinds of buyers, and different conditions can apply to each:
- Retail customers, who buy products at the advertised retail price for personal use.
- Registered consultants, who buy stock at consultant pricing to resell under the consultant terms.
Products and prices
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but packaging and availability may change. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one confirmed when your order is placed.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once payment is confirmed. When online payment opens, card and other payment details are processed by our secure payment provider — Sibakhulu Creations does not see or store your full card details. An order is only treated as paid once our payment provider confirms the payment securely; simply reaching a success page is not proof of payment.
Consultants
Consultants register with accurate personal details and receive a personal referral code. A consultant becomes Active after completing one qualifying paid stock order that meets the minimum amount set by the business. Pending, failed, cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify, and smaller orders are not added together. Referral recognition applies to direct referrals only.

General
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be excluded.
Business registration and contact details for legal notices will be added here once confirmed by the Owner.
