Who we are
Sibakhulu Creations is the responsible party for the personal information described in this notice. We handle your information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we process:
- Account information — your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form).
- Contact details — telephone number, town and province you give us.
- Consultant registration information — your referral code, who referred you and your consultant status.
- Order information — what you ordered, quantities, amounts and delivery details.
- Referral information — the direct link between a referring consultant and the person who joined.
- Payment status and reference information — whether an order is unpaid, pending, paid, failed, cancelled or refunded, and the payment provider's reference.
- Technical and session information — what keeps you signed in and keeps your cart on your own device.
We do not see or store your full card details. When online payment opens, those are processed by our secure payment provider.
Why we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To process orders, payments and deliveries.
- To run the consultant programme, including activation and direct referrals.
- To keep the app secure and to meet legal and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this app (secure hosting, database and email services, and our payment provider when payments open), and only as needed. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
